How to Segment Your Data

You may create a contact list before do a broadcast. Here is the guide on how to segment your data and add into a contact list.

Custom Template

Navigate to [https://strive.asia/list](https://strive.asia/list)

Click "Segment"

Here are some default templates you can use directly

If you want to customize your own template, click "Custom Templates"

Click "Start from scratch"

Insert the template name

Click "Add Segment"

Select the condition you want to segment your data

You can add multiple segments

After setting up your segment conditions, click “Create Template”.

Then click "Create List"

You may see your contact list created successfully. If not, click “Refresh”.

Template Trigger

Now let’s go through how the template is triggered in real time\ \ (Means will auto add the contact who meet the condition into the contact list, and auto remove the contact who does not meet the condition anymore)

Click "Segment"

Click "Template Triggers"

Click "Create Trigger"

Insert the Trigger Tittle

Select the template you want

Choose how frequently you want the trigger to run (in hour).

**(Optional)** Select the contact list you want to overwrite\ \ Note : If you didn't select the overwrite list, it will auto create a new contact list in each hour (based on the frequently you set)

Select the contact list

Click "Create Trigger"

This template will trigger at the time you have set

The number of contacts in your contact list will dynamically change as contacts meet or no longer meet the conditions
