How to Setup a Group

Navigate to [https://strive.asia/manage](https://strive.asia/manage)

Click "Groups"

Click "Add Group"

Input the Group Name

(Optional) Select the “Limit contacts tagging within group” checkbox. When this box is ticked, any tags added by users in the group will be shown in the group. Note: If the user adds a tag in another group, it will appear in both groups.

(Optional) Select the "Allow member role to have access to all contacts within the group" checkbox. When this box is checked, all members in the group will have access to the contacts owned by users within the group.

Click "Add Members"

Click the user dropdown, then choose the user you want to add to the group.

Click on the role dropdown then select the role either Leader or Member

(Optional) Click "Add Members" to add more members into the group

(Optional) Click "Add Account" Assign the connected channel to a group using this option. Users in the group will only have access to the assigned channels.

Click "Create Group"
