Navigate to [https://strive.asia/flowbuilder](https://strive.asia/flowbuilder)

Create Flowbuilder

**Create Flowbuilder:**\ Click "Create Flowbuilder"

Click "Start from scratch"

Select the "No Trigger" option. No trigger means this can only be triggered manually via typing / then select this flow in Inbox. There will be no keyword for this flowbuilder type so contacts will not accidentally trigger this flow. This is suitable for offline bot.

Click "Add Step #1" Note: You can configure the flow according to your preference. This guide is for reference only.

Click "Text & Image"

Input the message.

Click "Save Action"

Click on the pencil to edit the flowbuilder name.

Update the flowbuilder name.

Click this icon to save the flowbuilder name.

Click "Save"

Click this checkbox to enable the flowbuilder.

Create Offline Bot

**Create Offline Bot:**\ Head over to <https://strive.asia/offline_bot>

Click "Create Offline Bot"

Click here then input the offline bot name.

Click "Select Message Flow"

Select the flowbuilder that you have setup.

Click outside to close it.

Click "Select Channel"

Select the channel(s) that you want to setup for the offline bot.

Click outside to close the channel selection.

(Optional) Click this toggle to enable the Limit Trigger Frequency. Limit Trigger Frequency means how many times this offline bot can be triggered within the set duration.

Set the limit trigger frequency.

Set the business hour. The offline bot will be triggered outside the business hour

(Optional) Click on the toggle to enable/disable certain business day. When a contact messages on a disabled day, the offline bot will be triggered.

Click "Save Bot"

Edit Offline Bot

**Edit Offline Bot:**\ Click this pencil icon.

Edit the Offline Bot as needed.

Click "Save Bot"

Enable/Disable Offline Bot

**Enable/Disable Offline Bot (Method 1):**\ Click this checkbox.

**Enable/Disable Offline Bot (Method 2):**\ Click this pencil icon.

Click on the Enabled toggle to disable/enable the offline bot.

Click "Save Bot"

Delete Offline Bot

**Delete Offline Bot:**\ Click here.
