Customers can securely submit claims through the Customer Space by selecting the **Claims** icon from the left-hand menu. From there, use the tabs to manage **Draft** submissions, check the status of a **Submitted** claim, or start a **New Claim.** Click **Start** to begin a new claim submission.

Click **"Start a new claim"** on the **My Claims** screen, your customer will see four key points before starting their submission: - **Estimated Time** – They should have their supporting documents ready, as the claim takes 10 to 20 minutes to complete. - **Automatic Save** – Their claim saves automatically to drafts, so they can return to it anytime before submitting. - **Important Notice** – All information must be accurate, as false declarations may result in a denied claim. - **Medical Expenses Without Payment** – Even if they had no out-of-pocket costs, a claim must still be submitted for those expenses. Throughout the online process, the system will guide the customer step-by-step, indicating which documents are required and how to upload them.
