Creating an account and initial access

This guide outlines the steps to create and access a Customer Space account, including account activation and postal code verification for added security. It provides a clear, step-by-step process to help users navigate setup and login efficiently while ensuring their information is accurate and secure.

After activating their account, members will select **Continue** to proceed to the login page.\ \ They will be prompted to enter their **Customer Space email address** and **password** to sign in.

Members will be prompted to enter their **postal code** to proceed into the Customer Space.\ \ The postal code entered must **match the address on file** for the **Account Holder** in order to successfully access the account.

If the **postal code does not match** the address on file, the member will be prompted to provide **additional information** to verify their identity before accessing their Customer Space account.
