Navigate to [https://www.archindysafeparish.org/registration/roles.htm](https://www.archindysafeparish.org/registration/register.htm)

Enter, Archindy2021, into the Passcode/Organization Code field box.

Select the "Terre Haute" option.

Select the "Catholic Charities-Terre Haute" option.

Click the "Volunteer" field and then "Next" You **do not** need to "Add Parish/Location"

Enter the personal information required.

At the bottom of the page in "Position/Ministry:" field type, volunteer

Create a username and password to complete your Archdiocese account and easily access it again in the future.

Click the check box to agree to terms of use and click "Submit"

The website will immediately prompt you to begin a background check. Click **“Provide Background Check Data (Parish or Agency Employee/Volunteer Package)”** and Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your personal information for your background check.

After completing your background check, click the image in the **upper-left corner** to return to your **Archdiocese Homepage**.

From there, you will click "My Training-Complete Assigned Training Here" to view your progress.

**Training Due** will list your **Approval Tasks**.\ A task with a **blacked-out checkbox** has been completed, while a **white checkbox** means the task still needs to be completed.

**If the background check box is white:**\ The background check still needs to be completed. **If the background check box is gray:**\ You have completed all required paperwork, and your background check is currently processing.

**If the “Complete All Training” box is white:**\ Click **“SafeParish: Protecting Children From Sexual Abuse – Archdiocese of Indianapolis Edition”** to complete your SafeParish training. The training takes approximately **45 minutes**. You may pause and return later, but we recommend completing it in one sitting to avoid losing your progress.

To begin the training, click **“Yes, proceed to the training.”** If you would like to review the full instructions on how to complete the training, click “No, proceed to the full instructions.”

To begin each section, click on the **chapter title**. \ Repeat this step for all 5 sections of the training.

You will be asked questions throughout the training. Please note that you must answer all questions correctly to complete the training. If any answers are incorrect, you will have the opportunity to review and correct them at the end.

**Situational questions** asked during the training will allow you to retry your answer immediately if needed. These questions will not be repeated at the end of the training.

After completing each chapter/video in part two, read the instructions before clicking "Proceed to **Part Three"**.

In **Part Three**, you’ll review all of the questions from the training.\ You can see your original answers and update any that need correcting. When all answers are correct, you’ll receive a **congratulations message** and can click the **middle button** to continue. If not, you’ll be guided to go back, review and resubmit your answers. **Please note:** SafeParish will not be marked complete until all questions are answered correctly.

When your training is complete, the box next to **“Complete All Training”** will turn **black**.

The last step is to Acknowledge Code of Conduct. Click "Code of Conduct"

"Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct" will come up. Please review the code of conduct.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click **“I Agree”** to complete all necessary steps for SafeParish training and background check submission.
