Employee Online: Updating Your Personal Information

This guide provides a straightforward process for employees to access and update their personal information and/or emergency contact information, ensuring that vital details are current in case of emergencies.

Microsoft Login

Rochester

Navigate to <https://rochester.mipeer.org/employeeonline>

Enter your Microsoft Outlook login (username@rochester.k12.mi.us) and password.

Click "Sign in."

Alert! You will then need to Duo Authenticate on another device to login to the system.

Click "CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE"

Updating Your Personal Information

Tip! This section will show you how to update your cell phone number to ensure you are receiving district ParentSquare communications.

Click "Personal Information"

Click "Phone Numbers"

Click "Additional Phone Numbers"

Make sure that the phone number next to Auto Call 1 is your correct cell phone number

Alert! Do not change any of the dropdown menu options and leave all of the defaults in the "Additional Phone Numbers" section just as they are. The only field you need to change is the phone number section right next to Auto Call 1.

Click the "Save icon" in the upper right-hand corner

Updating Your Emergency Contact Information

Tip! This section will explain how to update your employee Emergency Contact information. This is important to update as a new employee as well as annually to ensure the district has the correct information on file.

Find the Emergency Contact dropdown menu

Click the plus button

Update your "Emergency Contact" Information.

Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
