How to Join and Navigate Google Meets

Google Meet

To join the meeting, click on the link provided to you.

You will be asked to log into your Google Account before joining. To make entry into the meeting as seamless as possible, please already be logged into your Google Chrome browser with your username@rcs-k12.us Google Account.

Click on this microphone to mute or unmute yourself before the meeting. This can also be done during the meeting.

Click this icon to turn your camera on or off before entering the meeting. This can be done during the meeting as well.

Click here to see the different Backgrounds and Effects available.

There are options here to change your background or blur your background. You can also change this during the meeting under 'Settings'.

When you are ready to join the Google Meet, click 'Join now'
