Using the RX Board Whiteboard: More Button

This guide offers an overview of utilizing the "More Button" on the RX Board Whiteboard, which allows you to: share files, access math tools, change the background of the whiteboard, add shapes, type, clear all annotations and media, and change the whiteboard settings.

Open the whiteboard app by swiping the blue icon on the home screen

A whiteboard will appear with a set of moveable tools

Tap the "More Button" (3 dots)

An additional menu will pop up

Tap the Share button to share your whiteboard file as a PDF or Notebook

Tap on the PDF or Notebook button to select your file type

Tap how you would like to share that file

Export

Tap the Export button to download and export your whiteboard file as a PDF or Notebook file

Math Tools

Tap on the math compass icon to view all of the interactive Math Tools that are available to add into your whiteboard file

Background

Tap on the background circle icon to change the background

Shapes

Tap on the shapes button to quickly add different shapes into your whiteboard file. Tap on the shape once on the whiteboard and you will see you can change the color of the shape or the inside of the shape.

Text

Tap on the text button to quickly add text into your whiteboard file

Clear All

Tap on the broom icon to clear all annotations and media from your whiteboard file

Settings

Tap on the settings gear to edit the whiteboard settings such as display join code or radar view
