How to create Instant Book slots

**Open your [Unmind Calendar](https://connect.unmind.com/)** Now that your Google Calendar is connected, you can see where you are already Busy and where you still have availability.

**Choose an available time**\ Select a time that isn’t marked Busy, then choose **Instant book slot**.

**Select** your preferred times from the dropdown menu

**Optional: repeat weekly**\ If you regularly offer the same time, select **Repeat slot weekly**.

Click **"Save".** The slot is now available for clients to book.

Repeat this step for any further bookings

Instant Book availability is clearly shown to clients, so they can choose an available time straight away. You will receive an email notification and the booking will appear in your **Unmind Calendar**. **Remember:** bookings are **not** added back to Google Calendar, so **always check your Unmind Calendar to see what clients have booked.**

Canceling your Instant Book slots

To remove an Instant Book slot, select it and click **Delete**. **Note:** You’ll also need to update your Google Calendar separately.
