Log into your account at [https://app.trytemelio.com/](https://app.trytemelio.com/nonprofit/0d5aa5aa-b743-4b38-bc11-20efdc34e60f). Navigate to the Tasks section and click "Complete" next to the scheduled report.

Review the deliverables from your grant agreement in the grayed-out sections. Navigate to "Grant Updates" section to answer questions.

Enter your organization's key learnings and planned changes.

Outline organizational priorities for coming year.

Answer: "Were all of the funds for the last grant payment spent in this report year?"

Click "click to browse" to upload documents.

Click "Submit" to send completed report.

Click "Confirm" to finalize submission.

After the report is reviewed by Foundation staff, a follow-up email will be sent to let your team know when to expect the next payment (if applicable).
