Enter the email to which you want your access code sent

Enter your one time access code and click continue. TIP: Be aware that if you close the registration window at any time during the process, you will be prompted to request a new access code to continue registration.

On page one, fill all required fields. TIP: The field labeled "Company" is for the name of who will be paid for this activity whether an individual or a company. TIP: The box on the right hand of the screen is your navigation tool. Do not use the browser back button, instead click on the name of the page you wish to revisit using the navigation tool on the right hand side.

Please be sure to attach a current (within 24 months), signed W-9 (US resident) or W8-BEN (international resident) before clicking "Continue". Blank forms can be found online.

Create all necessary contacts for communication from Wheaton College.\ Click "Continue".

Complete at least one address filling all required fields.\ PLEASE NOTE: Assign "Receive Purchase Orders" and "Receive Payments" to your address. You will get an error message if you do not.

Connect Contacts to address. Add any additional addresses. Click Continue.

If requesting electronic payment, provide all banking details. An attached bank letter can assist.

If requesting payment by check, just click "Check".

Optional: Mark any classifications and attach supporting certifications. Click "Submit" to complete your registration. "Save" is not sufficient. "Submit" completes the process.
