Accessing Humana Agent Portal and Viewing Licenses

Navigate to <https://account.humana.com/>

Click **Agent**.

Close the Portal Selection pop-up screen by clicking the **X** on the top right corner.

Note: The License area on the Vantage Portal ONLY shows the states you hold a license. It does not show the lines of authority you have under that license nor the products you are ready to sell for Humana. You have to go to the Agent Portal to see details of your lines of authority. To access the agent portal, click on **Menu**.

Select **Agent Portal**.

In the menu on the right, select **My Licenses** under **Producer Information**.

This is where you will see the lines of authority for each state. The state you reside in will say **RES** for resident state, and other states will be **NON RES** for non-resident. To specifically check North Carolina, click the page numbers ahead to NC.
