Navigate to [https://brokerportal.astivahealth.com/](https://brokerportal.astivahealth.com/)

Click "Get Certified"

Click "Register & Continue". Make sure to enter "Spark Insurance Services" in the Contract Agency Affiliation.

Astiva will send you an email. Go to it and click "Verify E-mail Address". Then proceed with the new tab that opens.

Click "Submit & Continue"

Upload all of the required documents -- AHIP, License, and E&O.
7
Click "Start Your Certification Training" and proceed with the remaining steps.
