Navigate to[https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/agents/account/mfa](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/agents/account/) and click CONTINUE.

First, scan the QR code using an Authenticator App

Once scanned, your authenticator app should populate the code you'll use to enter.

Click "Submit"

A confirmation will appear with when the enablement occurred.

Logging in to view the 2FA, you'll sign in.

A message will prompt asking you to go to the Authentication App that was used when setting up 2FA.

Open the Authenticator App and use the code to sign into the platform.

Click "Sign in"
