Log in to [Spark](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/)

Click [Back office](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/backoffice/)

Under **Platform data**, click on **Manage platform data**.

Click **Download contacts & plans**.

Click **Download (.csv)**.

The file can now be accessed via your computer after you've downloaded it. You can now view all fields from the platform, as well as additional information for your contacts.
