1. Go to your email and search for: [sparkinsuranceservicesllc.produceronboarding@humana.com](mailto:sparkinsuranceservicesllc.produceronboarding@humana.com) 2. Click "click here"

You will receive an email from "[DoNotRespond@humana.com](mailto:DoNotRespond@humana.com)". Click the link in the email to access the onboarding steps.

1. Click "I am not a robot" 2. Click "Continue"

1. Scroll all the way to the bottom 2. Click "I accept"

Click "Get Started"

1. Enter your information 2. Click "Authenticate"

Complete all of the contracting steps. You'll be asked to add your information, select products, answer background questions, submit your payment preference, and review & submit the contract.

After the contract has been processed, you'll receive an email with your **SAN Number** inviting you to log into [Humana.com](http://Humana.com) to create an account in "Vantage" Humana's portal. \ Use your SAN number to create the account.
Below is the walkthrough for completing certifications. If you have not yet completed your contract, please start from the top.

Click "Sign in"

Enter your login credentials.

Click "Get Certified/Recertify"

Navigate to "Certifications and Courses", then click "View All →"

View and complete the required training & certifications.

Enroll in the required trainings (AHIP & NAHU)
