Log into <https://www.uhcjarvis.com/content/jarvis/en/secure/home.html>

You can toggle on the top right between your agent and agency account.

Click "Manage Profile"

Scroll down to where it says "Agent Level(s)". Agent means street level agent. SOL means solicitor agent where commissions are assigned to an upline. Any others will reflect an agency level above street (GA, MGA, FMO). Make sure to check your agent and agency account when confirming your level.

Alert! To verify your upline, click on the "Upline Hierarchy" section along the left. To verify your ready to sell, click on the "Certifications" section along the left. To update Spark regarding your level, upline and certifications, take screenshots of all 3 sections and email them to support@sparkadvisors.com
