SupplyTrak - Reset your password

Step 1 - Go to FoodChain ID

• When prompted to login, select Forgot your password.

Step 2 - The next screen will collect user details.

1. Provide your email address

2. Select Send Verification code.

3 - Check email for verification code.

• You will receive an email from Microsoft on behalf of prodb2cmap with the subject prodb2cmap account email verification code. The verification code will be in the body of the email.

4 - Input verification code.

1. Input the verification code from your email into the prompt on the login screen.

2. Select Verify Code.

3. Select Continue on the next screen.

5 - Follow prompts to create a new password.

6 - Log into SupplyTrak

• The next screen will request your email and the newly created password to log into SupplyTrak. You have successfully reset your password.
