Add images to your image library and press office. Your images will be available for journalists to search and download 24/7.

Begin by clicking 'View/Edit Image Library' on your dashboard

Upload images by dragging up to 10 files into the area selected

Or by clicking and selecting images from your computer

You can change the image file name while they are uploading

Once they have uploading click 'Add Multiple Images'

Start adding searchable metatdata to your images

Select what type of image it is

Add when the product was launched. If it hasn't launched yet, add the launch date and the images won't appear in your public Press Office until then.

Add a range of tags to your images, this will help journalists find them. Press enter after each tag to create a new one.

When you're finished click 'Save and Close'. \ \ This information will be added to all of the images you uploaded, so you only need to do it once.

Your images will then be added to your image library and press office (if live)
