Adding Users to Projects Distribution Groups

Learn how to manage your project team notification settings by adding specific users to distribution groups. Click "Project Settings" Note: only persons with required access level will have this option visible to them.

Click "Distribution Groups"

Select the distribution group you are wanting to add users against.

Go to the **Users** section.

Search the BMD Users name in the user search field

Select the workers name from the search results

Click "Add User" - this will be a BMD worker with access on this project.

Click "Create" to save the distribution group
