Adding a BMD Worker to a project

This guide explains how to correctly register a BMD employee as a worker in HammerTech, including completing the required Core Induction and adding their Construction Induction Card and any project-specific tickets. Question? Can a BMD Employee self-register as a worker in HammerTech? Yes, however worker will have to complete the Core Induction through HammerTech. BMD Core Induction records are stored through the Learning Centre.

Under "Personnel" in the side menu select "New Induction".

Select "BMD" from the Employer dropdown. Enter the BMD Employees details. Step

Add the BMD Workers Construction Induction Card license. Note any project required tickets and competencies need to be added into HammerTech.

Alert! Worker must attend the Site Induction prior to sign off and approvals.

Select Send SMS/ Email to capture signature. Choose "Create, Approve then add another from same employer" if entering multiple records, or hit the **Create & Approve** button.
