This guide shows how to review and approve Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

In the side bar menu Click "SDS" then click "Review Pending"

Select the record.

Review the details and the attached SDS.

Hit the **Approve** button.

Selecting SWMS in the side bar menu, pending review.

Under the Chemical Hazard SDS within the SWMS form, the SDS can be approved with the SWMS. Note: any issues or rejected SDS sheets, should be managed via SDS in the side bar menu

Alert! SDS cannot be rejected once approved. Manage through the SDS module to reject as required.
