Approving Workers - Site Induction

Workers must complete the Site Induction on a project and be approved to work on site. Learn how to manage and approve pending personnel inductions within your Project. This guide walks you through the steps to verify documentation, update status, and finalise approvals for your workforce, utilising dashboards for ease of visibility.

On your project Dashboard - Personnel Awaiting Induction approval can be seen.

**Test Status** relates to the *BMD Core Induction* completed Status. When Test Status Complete, workers are able to attend the site induction for a project.

You can select a workers name through this Dashboard, to take you to their record.

Alternative you can access by going to *Personnel* in the side bar menu then select **Awaiting Approval**.

Within the personnel file, View the workers details.

For workers who have self-registered you will be required to add their Employer Company.

Tickets and licences sit under **Current Licences** section. Users can only view the ticket and the date issued/ expired.

Click *View Additional Confidential Data* to see the licences. NOTE only people with approval to view confidential data can complete this step.

You can view, edit, update and delete these tickets to ensure compliance. Click on the uploaded file to view all details. *To update details you need to go to the top of the form, select options, then edit.*

Under **Induction Details > Company** you can view the BMD Core Induction

Select Send SMS / Email to Capture Signature Workers will be sent a text message/ Email to sign the induction. Ensure they sign prior to approving the induction. Workers without phones can *sign on the line below, through capture signature now if required.*

Alert! Ensure worker has completed the Projects Site Induction Prior to Approving induction.

**Pre-Approval Status** can allow sites to complete required checks ahead of site inductions. Eg By selecting *OK* this shows details & tickets have been reviewed and are ok pending workers attendance at site induction.

Click "Approve Induction" if all contents and tickets are accurate and worker has sat through the Site Induction on the project.
