Learn how to access and export QR codes for equipment registered on your project site. This guide simplifies the process of retrieving site-specific documentation for easier equipment tracking and management.

Select "Equipment" from the sidebar menu.

Select the equipment record from the list. The equipment must be in status **On Site**, approved for use and operation on the project.

Tip! Downloading "QR code for Equipment" will be able to be used across multiple BMD sites. "QR code for Project", can only be used on that one project.

Click "Download" and select "QR Code for Equipment" from the menu. The QR Code can printed and placed in the cab of the equipment allowing workers to complete their daily Pre-start inspections.

Alert! Only workers who are Inducted, Licenced and work for a company linked to the equipment can complete the inspections.
