Enter a Hazard

Select Observations from sidebar.

Click add button to create new observation.

Select **Hazard** from *Type* dropdown.

Click Add Photos to upload image. Up to 10 photos can be added. Photos can also be marked up.

To assign the Hazard to a BMD Worker, Select **Internal User** from *Assignee* menu. Note Internal user sits at the very top of the drop down list. Note: You can also assign to a subcontractor company. Any assigned observations to subcontractors will go to their Nominated Representatives for the project.

Once you select INTERNAL USER, select the BMD worker you are assigning the Hazard to.

Enter a description and clearly detail the action that is required. The assignee/s will received email notification once saved.

If you select Require Fix Photo box, the Hazard (observation) will not be able to be closed without attaching evidence the Hazard has been resolved. You can already resolve the Hazard at the time of completion, if action has already been taken to make area safe.

Click CREATE, email notification will go to the assignee detailing required action to resolve the hazard.
