Mark A SWMS not in use.

As a BMD user within your project in HammerTech update the SWMS register to maintain current SWMS on a Project, marking SWMS as not in use.

Click "View All" under the **SWMS** section in the sidebar menu.

Select a SWMS that is no longer in use on the project.

Click "Options" then Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.

Check **Not In Use?** to mark the SWMS as inactive.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click **Save Changes.**

The SWMS will appear with Status *No Longer in Use* in the SWMS register.
