Remove item of mobile plant/ equipment from site

This guide shows how to quickly remove mobile plant/equipment from site and then return it with either its existing checklist or a full re‑induction. It explains the exact menu actions to confirm removal, choose the correct re-entry option, update the equipment record, upload a condition photo and files, and complete and approve the re‑induction so the item is compliant and ready for use.

Navigate to 'Equipment' in the sidebar menu

Select an equipment item from the list (status on site).

Click Options and select 'Remove from Site'

Confirm the equipment removal by clicking 'Yes'

Return equipment back to site

Select the removed item equipment register.

Click on options Options and select 'Add Back On Site (Keep Checklist)'

Confirm keeping the existing checklist by clicking 'Yes'

Alternatively Click Options and select 'Add Back On Site (Re Induct)'

Confirm the re-induction by clicking 'Yes'

Complete the Equipment Checklist and review the information and documentation on the record is accurate and up to date.

Add a photo and select a file to upload. Verifying the condition of the equipment when it was returning back to site.

Approve the equipment re-induction
