Resolve/ Close an Action (Observation)

This guide shows how to quickly mark an observation as resolved, attach evidence (photos/files), and record a resolution comment so your action is properly closed. It also explains how to filter and view actions assigned to you and to display only closed items, helping you verify and review your resolved observations.

Select Observation in the sidebar menu. Then the observation you wish to resolve from the list.

The side box will open. Click Resolve in the Quick Actions section of the side panel.

Click Add Photos to upload evidence of the resolution. Files can also be added as evidence.

Type a description of the resolution in the Comment field.

Click Mark as Resolved to finalize the resolution.

Navigate to the Resolution tab to review the submitted details.

To View Actions assigned to one user, Click the Filter icon next to the search bar.

Select the Assignee filter category.

Choose Me from the assignee options.

Select Internal User to further refine the filtered results.

Additional filters can be applied. Choose All Closed to view your resolved observations.
