Review Action (Observation)

This guide shows how to efficiently review and manage fixes submitted by subcontractors: locate overdue or pending observations, inspect the resolution evidence, and accept or reject the fix.

Use the Outstanding Observation Dashboard to track overdue and action responses submitted by Subcontractor/s that require review.\ Click on the number under the review section.

Select the Observation record.

Within the observation, review the resolution details.

Click the **Accept Fix** button if the evidence and resolution is acceptable.

Alternate access the record by selecting the *Pending Review* status of the observation.

The observation details panel will open. Select *Review.*

**Accept** or **Reject** the submitted resolution to the action.

Where Actions (Observations) are overdue select the record.

Click Remind for a notification to be resent to the selected Assignee.

To Edit an action (observation) click on the record and the side view will open up. Select the edit button to update the action.
