Reviewing Updated Worker License Information

This guide shows how to quickly spot and review newly uploaded worker licences and tickets so you can approve or reject them correctly. It explains where to find pending updates, how to view confidential details and enlarge images for verification, and the actions to take when documents meet (Confirm) or fail (Cancel) requirements.

Under Personnel/ Approved Inductions An orange clipboard icon located next to the workers status indicates that the worker has uploaded new tickets that have yet to be approved. Click on the clipboard icon/ worker's profile.

A review licence updates page will appear. It lists the tickets that have been added. Select **View Confidential Data**\ Note: only people with access to view confidential data can approve.

Review the details uploaded. Selecting the image will enlarge for you to review.

If tickets / licences meet requirements, hit the **Confirm** button. Note if they are not approved (eg out of date) hit the **Cancel** button to close the window.
