Share a SWMS
As a BMD User, share a SWMS with Subcontractor Companies.

Select 'View All' from the SWMS sidebar menu.

Select an accepted SWMS entry from the list.

Select "Options" Click 'Edit' in the Options dropdown.

Scroll down to the **Assign to other Employers** section.

Assign the SWMS to additional employers by checking their names in the list.

Scroll to the bottom of the form and Click **Save Changes** to update the SWMS.

Within the SWMS register the Parent Company will appear in Bold in the Provided by section.

Within the Share SWMS Provided by Employer *View Parent SWMS Details* will appear. Click this and it will take you to the shared/ parent SWMS.

Within the Shared SWMS the subcontractor can add inducted workers to the SWMS by selecting their names and clicking 'Assign'.

Within the Parent SWMS you can see all worker/s from all shared companies that have signed onto the SWMS. Review workers assigned from other employers by expanding the relevant sections.
