View Expired Workers Licenses/ Competencies

This guide quickly shows you where to find and review workers whose licences or competencies have expired so you can take action. It points out the dashboard filters and personnel menu path to list affected employees, how to open a worker’s profile, and where to view the specific expired licence entries that need updating.

Under the Upcoming services, expiring licences Dashboard, filter by "Licence Expired".

Alternatively, select Personnel in the sidebar menu, then select Expired Licences (or Expired Licences in use).

The will show workers who have expired licences. Click on a worker profile.

Please reivew the following items alert will appear at the top of this workers profile. Scroll to the worker Licence section to view the expired tickets requring updating.
