Your supervisor will send your your Differentiated Supervision Forms. You will see the form when you click on "My Observations. To edit the form, Click "Actions". Click "Open/Edit"

Click "View/Edit"

Select type of differentiated supervision.

Select at least on component focus and then click continue.

Complete the action plan and then click submit on the top right of the screen. \*You can also work on it as a draft and use "save comment" to save your work without submitting.
