Navigate to <https://www.paetep.com/lowermerion/> and choose "**Sign in with Google**"

Click "**My Observations"**\ Click **"Open/Edit"** next to your Differentiated Form.

Click **"View/ Edit"** under the End-Year Update.

Use the text boxes to complete each component of the form.\ Click **"Publish Comment"** to save your finished work.
Self Assessment Rubric

Click **"Rubric"**

Choose your preferred Domain view—**All Domains** seems easiest. Click your rating for each component, add comments if needed, then click **Save** when done.

For each component, **select your rating.**

Click **"Comments"** if you would like to add evidence or examples for that component.

Click **"Save"** to save your rubric.
