Navigate to <https://www.paetep.com/lowermerion/>\ Click **"My Observations"**

Click **"Create New Item"**

- Select the "**NTP Observation**" option. - Select the **"User Role"** option. - Select the "**Evaluator**" option. - Click "**Create New Item".**

Click **"View/Edit"** under the Goal item.

Use the text box to complete the section then click **"Continue".**

**Click the star button** to indicate your component focus area(s).

Enter comments and evidence for each Component Focus Area then click **"Publish Comment".**

Click "Submit"

**Click yes.**
