How to view and export your member and prospect list and manage prospects. Only regional leaders will have access to view all members in a region.

Finding Teens in Your Chapter & Region

Click "My Chapter"

From this page, you have several options to view members and prospects. The **All Members** tab will display all current members of your chapter/region.

The **New Members** tab will display new members of your chapter/region.

The **Membership Prospecting** tab will display prospects of your chapter/region.

The **Summer Prospecting** and **IC Prospecting** tabs will display prospects

Navigating Each Tab

On any tab, you can adjust the width of the column by clicking in between two columns and dragging the row to your desired size.

On any tab, you can add filters to your data by selecting one of the teal fields near the top of the page. You can filter by **Grad Year,** **AZA or BBG**, **Primary Region**, and **Primary Chapter**.

To add a filter, check the box next to the correct field option and click click "Apply."

Creating a New Prospect

If you want to add a prospect who is not already in the Membership Prospecting list, click "New Prospects."

On the new page that opens, complete the following required fields: **First Name** **Last Name** **Teen's email address** **High school graduation year** **Gender identity**

Click "Save"

How to Export a List

Select the tab you would like to export to a Microsoft Excel or Comma Delimited format.

Click "Export"

Click the "\*Format" field and select your preferred option. Edit the file name if desired.

Click "Export" and the file will open in your downloads.
