How to create invoices for your Account Customers

A crucial reminder: Invoices are automatically generated only for Private Hire customers, not for Account Customers. For Account Customers, you must manually generate and send the invoice. Additionally, generating an invoice for an account customer does not automatically send it.

Please logon to your eCoachManager admin page

Click "Finance"

Click "Accounts"

Search for the name of the Account Customer and click to open.

This will open a page containing information about the Account Customer. Click on the "Jobs" tab.

Here you'll see all the quotes/jobs created for the Account Customer. Click the checkbox of the Quote/Job that you want to generate the invoice with.

Click "Create New Invoice"

After generating the invoice. Click "Current" tab to see/view the newly generated invoice

The "Current@ tab is where you'll find all the invoices you have generated for the Account Customer. You may click the Invoice Number to open it and verify.

Verify it by check the Quote ID.

To send the invoice. Click "Send Invoice". You also have the option to print it from this window.

This will open the New Email window. Please make sure you have the correct email address and click "Send".

Click "Dismiss"

Way to go! You've just generated an invoice for your Account Customer!
