Click "Emails".

Click "Automated Emails"

For this example... Let's set up an automated email to remind the drivers of the upcoming jobs. So, please click "New Affiliate/Driver Email"

Create a Cron name (Ex. Driver Travel Reminder)

Please make sure to put in the Subject of the Email and the "From Email" as the sender of the email.

Now we move to the ruling of the email. Click "Affiliate Email Options"

For this example... we want to remind our drivers of the upcoming jobs. For this example... let's check "Journey Travel Date"

Click "Before"

Select "1 day" from the drop down menu

Optional : You have to option to enable "Business Days Only"

Click this checkbox to enable the ruling.

Click this button to save and confirm.

Good job! We've set-up an email notification for the drivers. The system will automatically send them an email a day before the travel date of the job that they have accepted.
