Click Tools.

Click "Config"

Click "Site Options".

Click "Users access levels"

Click "Add New Access Level"

Name your Access Level. Ex. Admin

For this example... Admin Level will have all the rights... so you can enable all options in this window.

Click "Apply" to save

Click "Okay" to confirm.

Done! Good Job! You can now set access levels for your users
