Adding An Entity To An Existing Karbon Client Account

Portal Access

Click the **Access Now** button in the **Access your client portal** email.

If you have multiple individuals (like children) or entities associated with your e-mail address, you need to follow this process for **each person or entity**. If you don't, you won't receive access to the other accounts.

Account Connection

Click on **Use an existing account** and click **Next.**

Account Authentication

Type in your email and click **Continue**.

Type in your password and click **Continue**.

MFA Verification

Type in the **six digit number** from your chosen authentication method (Authenticator app, Email, or SMS) and click **Continue**.

Success! You'll be taken to the home screen.

Entity Selection

When you have multiple accounts, use the dropdown triangle next to your name to move to the other accounts you have access to.
