Track Mileage with Everlance App

This guide quickly shows how to review and classify an automatically tracked trip in Everlance so your records are accurate and organized. It teaches you how to mark trips as personal or business and add a short descriptive note for business trips. Follow it to keep reliable mileage records for taxes or expense reimbursement.

Everlance

After your first trip, open the Everlance app, and close this pop up.

Your trip will show. It will have the origination, destination, date & time, and distance.

For personal, non-business related trip, swipe left. You are done!

For business trip, swipe right.

Tap the Note icon.

Include a brief description of your trip. Examples below: Client renewal OR Carrier education event OR Conference OR Client claim visit, etc. You are done!
