How to Review Prices and Availability

This guide provides essential insights for effectively reviewing prices and availability in HyperGuest, ensuring you can manage your property’s rates with confidence.

Navigate to your **Property**

Click "**Calendar**" on the left Menu

You will see the options "**External**" and "**Managed**" on the top left of the calendar. "**External**" will show you the rate plans connected to your channel manager.

When "**Managed**" is chosen, you will see the rate plans that are not connected to your channel manager. Availability and rates are managed through HyperGuest Extranet.

Click on your chosen **Date** and a **Calendar** will pop up for you to choose the date you would like to review

Once you chose the date, you can click on the **Room** you would like to review to see the connected rate plans

By Clicking the question mark, you will access the pop up with details of the room rate and availability

**Important**: The price you see in the calendar are the the one pushed by your channel manager prior to any commission, discount or promotion. If the price you are pushing excludes taxes, then the price from the calendar is prior to taxes.

You’ll see how many rooms are available for that room type, along with the selected rate plan and date.\ If the “Adults, Children, Infants, Price” fields are empty under *Price*, it means your channel manager is sending prices **per room**. In that case, the applicable rate is the one shown in the calendar view—before clicking the question mark icon.

If you see the number of adults and children listed under *Price*, it means your channel manager is sending prices **per occupancy**.\ Just below, you’ll also see whether your channel is sending separate prices for **extra adults or children**

Below the **Additional Guests** rate you will see the applied restrictions for this search:

You can click "**Close**" in the pop up to return to the calendar view.

Pro Tip: If you wish to confirm if the prices you see from the calendar are either Sell or Net, please go to the Rate Plans tab on the left menu and under the "Charge type" you will find it.
