Guide: Creating Purchase Order Acknowledgement from Sales Orders

A Sales Order must be in a confirmed state before you can start the shipment process. Click on Sales Orders section from the left navigation menu.

Detailed /line level order confirmation process has been intentionally omitted from this document.

Click on "View/Edit" option.

If a PO-Acknowledgement is not required by the buyer’s prescribed process, you must manually confirm the PO in order to start the shipment cycle. Click MANAGE ORDER STATUS

Click Acknowledgment PO.

You will see various tabs that hold important information related to the original Purchase Order such Bill To, Ship To, Terms of Sale, Shipment Details, Charges & Allowances, etc. User can click on the "Search" field in order to search the details internally.

User can do the required changes to Accept/reject/make changes for a sales order.

To make changes on a SO, click on MAKE CHANGES option

User can see the available options on the drop down and can select according to their need.

Once we click on the required drop down it will highlight the particular feild which needs to be changed.

Once the changes are done then Click on SAVE.

Click Submit PO Acknowledgement to submit POA

Click "YES" to submit PO Acknowledgement
