Agent Access Edit Project 2026

Bulk Date Plant has been added to the Fields Tab in AgriNet. This will allow the users to apply the same plant date to multiple fields when keying acreage reporting data.   

For the 2027 Reinsurance Year (RY), Livestock Revenue Protection (LRP) will introduce a new automated email feature that can be configured by agents within the AgriNet Quoter. This functionality allows users to generate automated emails based on a specific coverage level or to provide producers with a range of coverage options. 

This enhancement has been highly requested by agents and is being introduced for 27RY and beyond. A step-by-step guide outlining how to fully utilize this feature will be available soon.

Learn how to set up and manage automated insurance quotes for various livestock categories. This guide walks you through the steps to customize target weights, coverage settings, and delivery preferences for your LRP producers.

Agents: How to configure Livestock Revenue Protection(LRP) auto-quotes in AgriNet

For the 2027 Reinsurance Year (RY), the RMA has requested the addition of a question to all cattle Specific Coverage Endorsements (SCE). This question has been incorporated into AgriNet and is now displayed on the SCE entry screen when keying policies for both Livestock Revenue Protection (LRP) and Livestock Gross Margin (LGM). 

Quick Quote: Update Report for Seed Endorsement Supplemental Coverage

When using Quick Quote, the report now shows a breakdown of the seed endorsement calculations for each supplemental coverage elected.     

If Seed Endorsement is elected, the following supplemental coverages will show the breakdown of the additional line for the values of just the cottonseed:  

Forms: Add Supplemental Coverage/ARC section on FBAR

Supplemental Coverage options will be added to the Field-Based Acreage Report. These coverages will now display under the line/unit section. Additionally, the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) checkbox will be included for SCO Supplemental Coverage for Cotton at the individual line/unit level. This update applies to all endorsements, including ECO, HIP-WI, SCO, STAX, CLIP, and Margin Protection. 

Forms: Private Product SOI- Display APH Yield on Acreage Lines for all Endorsement Types

The Private Products SOI will be updated to display the APH Yield value below the insured’s share value on acreage lines for all private product endorsement types. Values will be shown using the commodity’s abbreviated unit of measure (e.g., BU, LBS).  

NOTE: Crop Hail Policy (CHP) endorsements will not be impacted by these changes. The CHP coverage currently displays the CHP APH and not the MPCI APH- this functionality will not change.

Agents: Dual Season Policy Change Request for Spring SCD

 is now in AgriNet and ready for policy entry! 

Replant Levels for 2025 and forward will limit offerings of Replant Option and Replant Endorsement coverage to the correct coverage amount by state/crop. 

If an invalid amount is entered, a message will appear stating: “Service Error: Insurance Amount Per Acre must be one of the available values for this Policy Form,” followed by the list of acceptable values for that crop, state, and policy form. 

Xtra discounts: If the policy keyed qualifies for the Xtra Discount, a note will be added to AgriNet on the Crop Summary. 

🐛Pecan Revenue APH Reporting has been corrected. Users are able to key Pecan Revenue APH in the first module.

🐛Cotton Seed Endorsement now has its own summary line on quotes when seed endorsement is elected. Previously it was included in the base coverage premium.

🐛NVS policies were unable to add TS to the existing HIP-WI coverage on the policy. This has now been corrected. 

🐛When the Revenue Plan Loss Estimator (RPLE) is generated, split lines were not combining on one line as the total revenue guarantee for the unit. This has now been corrected. 

🐛When the Revenue Plan Loss Estimator (RPLE) is generated, claim production is now showing on the form, once the adjuster has keyed production to count.

🐛When the Revenue Plan Loss Estimator (RPLE) is generated, cottonseed endorsement now has a separate location to reflect the SE guarantee. Previously it was combined with base coverage revenue guarantee.

Agent Edit Access is part of our ongoing effort to enhance efficiencies across agency workflows and underwriting processes within AgriNet. Our primary goal is to improve the overall agent experience by introducing thoughtful, impactful system enhancements.

This page serves as your central hub for all Agent Edit Access improvements. As new functionality and updates are released in AgriNet, you’ll be able to easily find details, guides, and resources here—ensuring you always have quick access to the latest enhancements that support streamlined processing and a more efficient workflow.

Bulk Date Plant has been added to the Fields Tab in AgriNet. This will allow the users to apply the same plant date to multiple fields when keying acreage reporting data. 

Save SBI information without contact information 

Users can now save SBI Information without completing the Contact Information tab, once required fields (First Name, Last Name, Tax ID, and Tax Number) are entered. Incomplete Contact Information will be indicated by the SBI name displaying in red in the SBI List, along with a tooltip highlighting missing details. All other functionality remains unchanged. 

Agent users can now key an Assignment of Indemnity directly at the policy level within the Assignment of Indemnity tab. This field is enabled for agents in applicable reinsurance years within the current crop year, while prior years remain read-only.

Display Line Level Premium Calculations 

The Acreage screen will include a new tab that displays premium calculations for each individual acreage line. This tab will show base coverage premium calculations as well as any supplemental or optional coverage premiums that are currently shown on the Schedule of Insurance (SOI).

Current process is that the Agent has the ability to go into the EU tab, mark "Does Not Qualify" and select the effective unit structure- the Underwriter then has to go in and apply the effective unit structure. By eliminating the UW verification step, it will streamline the process to allow the Agent to print and approve SOI with the correct/effective unit structure.

Copy Insured - Functionality on all Entity Types

The copy from Insured option will be available on SBIs for all entity types beginning with the 2026 Reinsurance Year. This enhancement extends functionality previously limited to Spousal/Married entities and allows the primary insured's phone number and mailing address to be automatically copied to the SBI.

This guide provides a straightforward process for adding a Substantial Beneficial Interest(SBI) to a policy.  By following this guide, users can efficiently update their policies with necessary SBI information.

Agents: How To Add An SBI To A Policy

The Direct Upload project allows agents and underwriters to upload documents directly into a policy through AGX. Uploaded documents will trigger work queue notifications for underwriters in the same fashion as documents uploaded via Document Management. Claims-side functionality is planned for a future release. 

A new ‘Go To Line’ dropdown has been added to the Edit Acreage Line header, allowing users to quickly jump to any acreage line for the selected commodity. The menu displays all current line numbers, defaults to the line being viewed, and supports both selecting from the list or typing a line number. This feature is available to all user roles and helps streamline navigation between lines.

Previously, agents were unable to make changes to a line of insurance once it had been verified. With this enhancement, agents can now unlock an acreage line and make necessary updates for up to 30 days following the commodity’s ARD. After completing all revisions, the agent can re‑verify the lines and upload the required documents through Document Management to finalize the ARD process.  

Please note, if the commodity includes LP, the IRR and NIRR coverages must be unlocked separately.

Agents: New Acreage Change

Right now, the system sets the T-Yield Map Area based on FCIXREF files and the CLUs on the acreage line. If those files have an error, the map area can be set wrong — and users can’t fix it when all CLUs fall inside the mapped area. Users now have the ability to edit the Map Area so they can override the T-Yield Map Area if needed.

When duplicating a Line of Insurance, users now have the option to copy both the Fields tab information and the Legal Description tab information to the new line, if needed. This enhancement eliminates duplicate keying and streamlines the duplication process.

Agents now have the ability to unlock APH ​databases for corrections beginning with the ​2026 crop year and forward.​ 

Unlocking is available on a county/crop basis.

Keying Entity Information: Marital Status

✨Effective 2026 Reinsurance Year and beyond, the Marital and Insured Type Field will be hidden on the Insured Information tab. This information is no longer required by the RMA.​

✨Agents now have the ability to Unmask Tax IDs for both insureds and SBI, previously only allowed by Underwriting. The Tax ID will be defaulted to masked.

Adding an Insured: Defaulting to Agency and Agent

✨On the Insured, Policy, and Coverage Information tabs, the Agency and Agent name fields will now auto populate when only one option is available. If multiple options exist, the fields will remain blank for manual selection. This update reduces unnecessary clicks and helps streamline the user experience.​

✨For wheat, barley, and canola policies that have Dual Season in the same reinsurance year, insureds may choose a different coverage level, projected price percentage, or plan at the second SCD if certain requirements are met. To support this, a new checkbox will appear on the Coverage Information screen and in the Policy Change modal. This option will be labeled “Spring App After Fall SCD."

Expand EU Qualification Capabilities for Agents

Copy Insured-Functionality on ALL Entity Types

The Direct Upload project allows agents and underwriters to upload documents directly into a policy through AGX. Uploaded documents will  trigger work queue notifications for underwriters in the same fashion as documents uploaded via Document Management. Claims-side functionality is planned for a future release.

This Scribe walks Agents through using the Direct Upload feature to upload documents directly into a policy in AGX. It covers selecting the correct policy and year, choosing the appropriate document type, uploading files one at a time, and confirming uploaded documents within the session to ensure accurate document placement.

The Policy Confirmation Auto‑Archive functions similarly to the SOI and APH auto‑archive processes, with a specific focus on the Policy Confirmation form. Once all requested policy changes have been completed and saved, AgriNet automatically flags the policy for a Policy Confirmation reprint. The reprinted document is generated overnight and archived to imaging.

Users will be able to navigate directly to the AgriNet Update Scribe guide from within AgriNet. Additionally, a "New" indicator will display when a sprint is released and for one week after, notifying both internal and external users of a new posting. 

A new Use 100% Share option is available in the gear box dropdown and applies to all crops with configured acres. This option is unchecked by default. When Use 100% share is selected, all commodities with configured acres will automatically be selected. The quote will then calculate results using a 100% share, which will be reflected on all acreage.

Add Contract Functionality For XC Written Agreements

When a coverage has an XC written agreement, users can add contracts directly to that coverage. The 

 option is available under the Actions menu, allowing contract entry on the Contracts tab. This functionality aligns with how contracts are handled for other written agreements and for coverages without written agreements.

Max Estimate Price Lookup by Insurance Plan

Max Estimate has been enhanced to perform price lookups by insurance plan for Dry Beans under Yield Protection (YP) and Revenue Protection (RP). The price lookup table now includes the plan of insurance, and a new drop‑down on the acreage line allows users to select the applicable plan. This ensures the correct price is applied based on the selected state, county, and insurance plan.

Sugarcane Plant vs. Stubble Cane Identification on MPCI Acreage Report

The MPCI Acreage Report now clearly identifies whether Sugarcane acres are Plant Cane or Stubble Cane. This selection is made directly on the Acreage line in AGX, providing greater visibility and accuracy in acreage reporting.

A new report has been designed to display whole farm operation data. This will include information such as: various signed and received dates, policy and agency information. This will enable agents to keep track of policies with outstanding FORs. 

When using Quick Plant, the system will use established links for a field if it is associated to a single unit. This will make the process of using Quick Plant even quicker.

You can now upload Harvest Precision Ag files in Mapping just like Planting data. A new 

 menu lets you choose whether the data is for Planting or Harvest. The same Season options are used for both, keeping the process simple and consistent. Selecting the upload button will add the job to the "Submitted Precision Ag Files" grid.

This guide shows agents exactly how to upload Precision Planting and Harvest data into Agrinet/Mapping and via the AgriNet support form, including where to find the upload tools, required fields (Operation and Season), accepted file types, and size limits. Following it ensures files are correctly submitted and processed so layers become available for reporting, and explains how you’ll be notified when the layer is ready.

Multi‑Factor Authentication for AgriNet Connect and PHA

To remain compliant with RMA requirements, AgriNet Connect will now use multi‑factor authentication at login. This change affects both AgriNet Connect and PHA grower logins. Growers will provide a one‑time mobile phone number or email address, which will be saved to their web account for future use. During login, a verification code will be sent by text message or email and must be entered to complete the sign‑in process.​

Use QR Code to Access AgriNet Connect Bill Pay

Customers can scan the QR code on their billing statement to go directly to the AgriNet Connect bill‑pay login page and quickly pay any outstanding balance. To log in, customers will need their Customer ID (found on the bill) and their Tax ID.

It provides step-by-step instructions for navigating the platform, tracking claims, and making payments, ensuring users can easily access important information and support. With features like filtering claims and quick payment options, this guide enhances user experience and streamlines agricultural insurance management.

Save SBI Information Without Contact Information

Auto Roll of Custom Shapes, Layouts & Land Attributes

A lot of time and effort goes into building and customizing field shapes each season, and that work is not lost—our mapping system automatically rolls those shapes forward year after year. Layouts and land attributes also roll forward, regardless of whether data already exists in the current year. This ensures your field boundaries and personalized details are ready at the start of each season, keeping your workflow efficient and consistent.

WFRP Quoting Aligns With BFR Requirements

WFRP coverage requires three consecutive years of farming history unless the grower assumes another producer’s land and can use that producer’s production records. Because of this requirement, BFR cannot be applied to WFRP coverage until the fourth year of eligibility. To avoid applying BFR incorrectly, eligibility years 1 through 3 will not be displayed for WFRP quotes.

The Batch Max Estimate screen will include an option for users to select “Use 100% Share” and apply it across their entire book of business. The same tooltip guidance and calculation rules currently used will also apply to this functionality.

When an XC written agreement is applied to a coverage with the CP option selected, the Options drop-down on the related acreage line will be enabled. The CP option will be available for selection in that drop-down, and the contract price entered on the Contract tab will be applied to the acreage line.

The APH Yield Comparison Report and the Production & Yield Reporting Form

 column for Sugar Beets to improve clarity and usability. A new column, titled "

, has been added. This column applies only to Sugar Beets and will be visible only for that commodity.

Exclude Record Pages on Field and Map Books

There is now an option to Exclude ​Record Pages in the Field Book and ​Map Book Print Wizard. Excluding the pages will reduce the overall size of the books for large policies. The option will be unchecked by default.
