Marketable Production -The portion of a crop that is harvested and in sellable condition, meaning it’s usable and not lost or damaged by an insurable cause.

Display
Enable Detail - Enables individual Line details on the printed quote.
Enable Summary - Enables a summary of the commodity and any elected coverages.
Additional Information
Enable Historical Analysis Sheet - Enables a historical analysis based on county, commodity, practice, and type that are elected on the quote, based on the type elected.
Use Actual Yields - Prints a 20 year summary of "Actual Yields" on the printed quote.
Use Trended Yields - Prints a summary of "Trended Yields" on the printed quote
Include Option Acronyms - Provides a summary of the Option Acronyms
Colors
Gives the user the ability to set different colors for different columns on the printed quote, making it easier to read and assess with the producer.

Coverage Maximizer
Display
Print Detail Sheet - Enables individual Line details on the printed quote.
Print Historical Analysis Sheet - Enables a historical analysis based on county, commodity, practice, and type that are elected on the quote, based on the type elected
Show Year End Historical Totals - Enables a summary of annual historic totals.
Print Actual Index- This will display the calculated rainfall amount for the grid selected.
Print Summary Sheet - The summary sheet will display the calculated gross indemnity per acre based on the average Harvest Price and Harvest Yield for an RP plan.
Indemnity Type
Show Gross Indemnity- Displays the Gross Indemnity on the Quote.
Show Net Indemnity After Premium- Displays the Net Indemnity after Premium is applied.
Price History Options
Use Current Price Discovery Periods - When this preference is selected, the report will display the most recent price received from RMA that could be in the price discovery period.
Use Actual Offer Prices where available- When this preference is selected, the report will display the actual price for the county/commodity/practice (if applicable).
Only show years when GRP/ARP-HPE was offered- When this preference is selected, the report will only display years where GRIP/ARP-HPE is offered.
Yield History Options
Use Actual Offer Yields where available- Uses actual yields provided by the RMA to apply to the quote.
Use Current Trend Yields- Uses trended yields instead of actual yields for the quote.
Only show years when GRP/AYP was offered- Only displays years when GRP/AYP yields are available.
Rainfall Index
RI Historical Analysis Intervals selected- Only generates a historical analysis for the intervals selected.
Include RI Historical Analysis for all intervals- Generates a historical analysis for all intervals.

Details
Enable MPCI Detail - Enables detailed Line information on the printed quote.
Enable Endorsement Detail - Enables detailed Line information on the printed quote.
Enable Supplemental Detail - Enables detailed Line information on the printed quote.
Summaries
Enable MPCI Coverage in Effect - Enables a summary box of the previous year's coverage information.
Enable MPCI Summary - Enables a summary box of commodity coverage for the printed quote.
Enable Endorsement Summary - Enables Endorsement information to be added to the summary box on the printed quote.
Enable Supplemental Summary - Enables Supplement Coverage information to be added to the summary box on the printed quote.
Print MPCI Summary First - Prints the summary box before the detailed Lines on the quote. Total Values per Crop - Users can enable a new preference to view total estimate values by crop on the Max Estimate Quoting Report. This added level of detail is designed to better support perennial crop quoting by providing crop-specific totals alongside existing report summaries.
Prior Year
Quote Prior Year - Quotes the prior year policy using prior year acres, price, and coverages and displays on the printed quote as a noted summary box.
Enable Prior Year Detail - Enables the detailed lines information from the prior year to be added to the printed quote.
Miscellaneous Display

Miscellaneous Calculations
Validate Unit Structure - Uses line information to validate OU option, if not applicable, will quote at a BU level.
Use Maximum Yield - Uses the Maximum yield from the APH Comparison Report to calculate quote.
Include Indemnity - Adds the Indemnity to the Summary and the Lines on the printed quote.
Show Gross/Net Acres - Shows both Gross and Net Acres in the Acres column on the printed quote based off of share being used on the line.

Skip-Row Factor - Adds a column to the right of the line information to show the factor being applied to the line for skip row commodities.
Citrus
Use Citrus Max Estimate - Uses a different format for the APH/TDO plans of citrus commodities.
Enable Type Summary - Creates a summary for each Type of citrus on the quote.
Split by Unit Structure- Provides a summary per unit structure for each commodity and HIP-WI.
Print Hip-WI only - Prints only HIP-WI on the quote.

Max Estimate Defaults
Gives the user the ability to elect what information defaults to, each time a Max Estimate is opened. Make any desired changes to change the default settings and click "Save" to set them.
