Agents: APH Exceptions: Exception Display

This guide provides a visual of the new information provided on the crop lines when questions are answered in the APH Database. APH Exceptions on the line will show the APH exception name and the sub-unit number. You will see this information on the edit acreage banner and the lines on the crop summary screen.

The APH Exceptions will show based on the questions answered in the APH Database. Questions will be answered when setting up a new database.

Once the database is established, questions can be answered by navigating to the APH tab. Once you have clicked on APH, click Questions.

Once questions are answered and saved, the APH Exception and Sub-Unit will show in the banner.

The APH Exception and Sub-Unit will also show in the lines section of the crop summary screen.

All APH Exceptions listed in the questions tab will show as outlined in this guide. New Breaking\ Native Sod\ Native Sod (d minimus)\ Perennial Block Reporting\ Multi-Plant Date by Year (Sugarcane, Mint, Alfalfa Seed)\ Added Land Exceptions (within same unit)\ Acreage Emerging from CRP. In order for the APH Exception to display and transmit correctly, the APH questions must be answered.
