Agents: Adding Margin Coverage Option (MCO) to a Max Estimate

Navigate to [AgriNet Quoting](https://quoting.agrisompo.com/) and sign in using the Duo Push process.

For AgriNet to use the correct Base Rate, a policy or estimate **MUST** exist in AgriNet. This provides the state, county, crop, and practice information needed to retrieve the appropriate Base Rate published by the RMA.

Select the correct reinsurance year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search for the policy from AgriNet.

Click the estimate/policy to quote from the column on the left.

Adding MCO to the Quote

Click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down the list and click the "Add Supplemental Coverage" option.

From the "Supplemental Coverage" dropdown list, select the "MCO" option.

The quoter will now look at the state, county, crop, and practice to pull in the correct "Base Rate" provided by the RMA. **NOTE:** The "Base Rate" can be edited by the user and changed if the user believes the base rate to be something other than what is displayed. **NOTE:** Hovering the mouse pointer over the yellow question mark (tool tip) will expand a box explaining how the price is displayed.

Click the "Save" button.

**NOTE:** The Max Estimate will display all coverages on the current policy. If a non-compatible Supplemental Coverage is already on the policy, it can be "turned off" by clicking on the check box next to it, removing the checkmark.

Adding Acres to the Lines

Click "Acreage Lines" tab from the top of the screen.

Click each "Acres" box to add acres to each line individually. To add the same amount of acres to each line at the same time, click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down and click the "Copy Value" option.

Click the drop down from the "Select coverages" dropdown.

Add all counties and commodities to add the acres and share to and then click the "Save" button.

Generating the Quote

Once the "County Commodities" and "Acreage Lines" tabs have been edited as desired, click the "Quote" button.

After the quote generates the "Results" tab will display. Information can be viewed on this screen by scrolling down and viewing its entirety.

Printing the Quote

To download a .pdf version of the Max Estimate, click the "Print" button.

Once the .pdf is generated the button will turn green. Click the green "Download .pdf" button.

The Printed Quote

The first page of the printed quote will display a summary if selected that way in the user preferences settings for the max estimate. If it is not the first page, it will be the last page of the quote. **NOTE**: The MCO BaseRate will show, along with the amount used to calculate. This will reflect what was keyed in the input screen, whether pulled from an ADM table or manually keyed by the user.

The individual lines will also display the BaseRate information as well.
