Agents: Completing an Acreage Report - Expedited SOI Process

This guide provides a streamlined process for agents to expedite the Schedule of Insurance (SOI) verification, ensuring quicker policy processing. By following the outlined steps, agents can efficiently enter and finalize acreage reporting, resulting in faster transmission and verification of policies.

Agrisompo

Navigate to [agrinet.agrisompo.com](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com) and sign in using Duo.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search by insured name or policy number.

Click the policy in the left column to work in.

Click the "Edit" button on the commodities box.

NOTE: The acres have been keyed into the system, but the "Acreage Reporting Dates" have not yet been keyed, so the checkmarks are present next to the acres in yellow. Click the "Actions" tab.

Click "Enter Form Dates".

Click the "Acreage" tab.

Key the "Insured Sign", "Agent Sign", and "Signing Agent" boxes and then click "Save".

Click the "Processing Finalized" tab.

WARNING! If the Processing Finalized step is skipped, the SOI will not transmit to PASS UNTIL the acreage report is scanned in through document management and posted.

NOTE: Once "Processing Finalized" has ran, a green checkmark will appear on the far right, and the "Company Received" date will auto-populate. This will speed the Verified SOI process along. NOTE: The "Document on File" box will populate once the Acreage Report has been scanned and posted using the document management system.

Click "Close".

NOTE: The "A/R" field will now have a green checkmark in it, in the crop Summary box. Also, the acres will have green checkmark replacing the yellow one. The policy will now be transmitted through PASS at the next scheduled transmission to be verified.

An acreage report still needs to be scanned into document management and posted, so the underwriter can verify the policy as quickly as possible.
