Agents: How to configure Livestock Auto-Quotes in AgriNet

This guide shows agents how to enable and manage Livestock Auto-Quote emails in AgriNet, including a new option to automatically CC the agent on quotes. It walks through logging in, creating, configuring, saving, viewing, and deleting Auto-Quotes with step-by-step settings for state, commodity, type, coverage, endorsement length, and target weight. Use it to automate quote delivery and ensure agents and insureds reliably receive timely pricing. Updated 10/22/26

**NEW!** The option to carbon copy (CC) the agent on Auto Quote emails has now been added to the **Livestock Auto-Quote** feature. To enable this option, simply: 1. Check the **CC Agent** box. 2. Click **Save**. Once selected, agent email on file will automatically receive a copy of Auto Quote emails generated through Livestock Auto-Quote.

Navigate to[ AgriNet](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy) and sign in using the Duo push process.

After logging in, select the "App Icon"

Click "Quoting" from the drop down list.

Click the correct Reinsurance Year to quote in.

Setting up an Auto-Quote

Click the Settings Toggle from the upper portion of the screen.

From the drop down list, click the "Auto Quote" option.

Users can set up the auto-quote process multiple times for any of the three livestock-associated programs.

A pop-out screen will appear. Click the "Add New AutoQuote" button.

Working top left to bottom right, populate the drop down list to set the parameters of the auto quote to run. Click the "Add Insured To Email List" to select from a list of email address that have been entered into AgriNet for the insureds to receive the automated emails.

Click "Check all", or scroll down the list and select individual emails to add to the list.

Select the "State" option and choose the state to quote in.

Select the "Commodity" option and click on the commodity to quote.

Select the "Type" option and click on the correct type to quote.

Moving to the "Endorsement Length", click the drop down list to see all available options.

From the drop down all lengths are defaulted, leave as is or select the desired endorsement lengths.

Next click the "Coverage Levels" drop down arrow..

From the drop down all coverages are defaulted, leave as is or select the desired coverage levels.

Click the "Target Weight" field and key the desired target weight in hundredweight.

Once all keyed information is verified as correct, click the "Save" button.

Click the "Close" button.

View Existing Auto-Quotes

Click the "Settings Toggle".

Scroll down and click "Auto Quote".

Click the "Gear" icon to expand the section and view the quoted content

It will expand and show the parameters of how the quote is generating and being sent out after receiving the price from the RMA.

Deleting an Auto-Quote

To delete an auto-quote, click the "Trash Can" icon twice.

Click the "Close" button..
